ORDERING

If you want to order a wedding or celebration cake please telephone your booking to the above number.  It's important that you speak to me to check that your date is available and for me to take any decoration detailing.

DEPOSITS

Birthday Cakes:  I ask for a 50% deposit.  The balance is payable upon delivery or collection in either cash or cheque with a valid cheque guarantee card.

Wedding Cakes:  A non-refundable £50 deposit is payable upon booking.  Bookings will be held for 4 weeks.  If no deposit is received during this 4 week period the order will be removed from the booking diary and cancelled.

The remaining balance is payable in full 6 weeks before your wedding either by cheque, postal order or cash.  For any payments made for late bookings or for any late payments made less than 4 weeks before your wedding, cash payment only is acceptable.

Any wedding cakes that have not been paid for in full 2 weeks before your wedding or collection date will be deemed cancelled.

WEDDING CAKES

You are welcome to collect your cake by pre-arranged appointment.  I only deliver to certain local venues.  Please see the delivery page for all the details and charges.

WEDDING CONSULTATIONS

Wedding consultations are only necessary if you are having a bespoke cake designed for you.  All designs off the website can be ordered over the phone.  From July 2010 I'm keeping consultation appointments to a minimum as in the past they have taken up all my time off in the evening.
